Ed is one of Selden Fox's core, long-term professionals. A sincere, dedicated accountant, Ed consistently delivers the highest-quality work to every client. He was one of Selden Fox’s first employees, joining the firm as a certified public accountant when it was first formed in 1978. Ed's diverse expertise allows him to facilitate the growth of clients’ businesses and design creative solutions for both their accounting and larger business issues.

At Selden Fox, Ed makes every effort to promote the growth and development of our young professionals by providing excellent guidance and technical input. He is an instructor for the firm’s in-house training programs and a frequent contributor to the firm's newsletter, authoring articles ranging from individual and corporate income taxes and accounting standards to identify theft.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1974. Upon graduation, he immediately began his career in public accounting, joining a national firm. Ed is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society, where he has served as a course instructor.
