Bill Zagroba is a shareholder and vice president of Selden Fox, and head of the firm's tax department. Before joining Selden Fox in 1981, he was an appeals officer, instructor and revenue agent for eight years with the Internal Revenue Service. This specialized knowledge and experience proves an invaluable asset to Selden Fox clients.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the American Bar Association. He is also president of the Rotary Club of Oak Brook, and is a frequently requested speaker to professional and civic organizations.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from De Paul University in Chicago. After passing the Certified Public Accountant Examination, he decided to continue his education at the John Marshall Law School, where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence and passed the bar examination.
