Even prior to the Illinois Governor’s Stay at Home order, the Selden Fox team began to mobilize its work from home operation. By the time the order was put in place, all team members were equipped and ready to work from home. We quickly instituted new processes to handle paper-based work, including having admin staff in the office on a limited basis to ensure no interruption to serving our clients.

Our various audit and service teams are communicating regularly using Microsoft Teams, we have introduced new technologies for electronic signing processes, and we are successfully working to serve our clients’ needs in this new current reality.

We are issuing regular alerts to our clients educating them on the relief options available to them, including the creation of a COVID-19 Resources page on our website. Many of our clients have requested our assistance on applying for the relief loans and are calling us for advice on handling their current cashflow challenges as well as planning for the remainder of the year. We have stepped up to answer this call from clients time and time again since this new reality took hold for all of us.

Selden Fox responded swiftly to the COVID-19 pandemic with our priorities focused on the health and wellness of our team, and the continuance of service to our clients. Although none of us know the duration of our Stay at Home reality, Selden Fox is well-equipped to weather these current challenges and will be ever so ready to assist its clients when we all shift to a COVID-19 recovery phase.
