Staff Auditor Description Staff auditors participate in a variety of engagements for privately held corporations, governmental and not-for-profit entities. Industries that we serve include manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, communications, printing and publishing, financial institutions, real estate, governments, not-for-profit and service industries. Although an auditor is primarily involved in the accounting and auditing of an entity, the staff also prepares corporate tax returns. Travel for an auditor is primarily limited to all areas of Cook, DuPage and Kane counties, with occasional overnight travel. Overnight travel will range from 5-10 percent. Staff Auditor Qualifications We are seeking bright and assertive individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and prefer a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale including courses heavily weighted in accounting. Candidates must be computer savvy (Microsoft Office products), possess outstanding communication skills and enjoy regular client interaction at various locations.
