Our Accounting Solutions team focuses on providing these solutions on a real-time basis, whether it is a start-up tech company or a $40 million manufacturer. We provide everything from interim staffing to fully outsourced accounting departments, and everything in between.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining records of financial transactions for clients, using various accounting systems
  • Performing payroll and payroll tax related returns
  • Reconciling key balance sheet accounts
  • Providing oversight and support for financial close reporting process
  • Drafting financial reports and financial statements
  • Analyzing financial information and preparing reports to summarize company financial position
  • Interacting directly with client senior management
  • Working to improve client accounting operations and processes
  • Performing role of interim positions at client facilities
  • Contributing to other projects as needed

The qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting (preferred) of similar discipline
  • CPA or MBA preferred but not required
  • 4+ years of accounting / finance experience in public accounting or financial consulting
  • Moderate travel throughout the Chicagoland region
  • Experience with Quickbooks preferred
