Sylvia provides tax compliance, review and planning services for the firm’s privately held businesses and business owners.
Sylvia earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations and history from Lake Forest College, and she earned her JD and LLM in tax law from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to joining Selden Fox, she worked at a Big 4 accounting firm where she advised multinational clients on their mobile employee populations, including preparing income tax returns for clients’ globally mobile employees which encompassed foreign information reporting forms, tax equalizations, and foreign tax credit calculations. She is fluent in Polish and French.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family.
