For entry-level applicants, we seek sharp and assertive individuals with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and we prefer a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including courses heavily weighted in accounting. Candidates must be computer-savvy, possess outstanding communication skills and enjoy regular client interaction on-site. Travel is primarily limited to the Chicago metropolitan area, with occasional overnight travel.

Each year, we participate in on-campus interview programs at Illinois State University, the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, Northern Illinois University, and Augustana College each fall. Additionally, we present and attend student organization events throughout the year.

Internships and Full-Time Positions
On an annual basis, we are looking to fill both summer internship and full-time auditor and tax accountant positions. Summer intern candidates can be freshmen, sophomores, or juniors in college. Once you complete a summer internship with us you may also have the opportunity to continue to do remote work for us while you are back at school.
