Audit associates participate in a variety of engagements for privately held corporations, governmental, and nonprofit entities. Industries that we serve include manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, communications, printing and publishing, financial institutions, real estate, governments, nonprofit and professional services industries. Although an auditor is primarily involved in the accounting and auditing of an entity, the position also involves the preparation of corporate tax returns.
Position Requirements
We seek bright and assertive individuals with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and prefer a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale including courses heavily weighted in accounting. Candidates must be computer savvy (Microsoft Office products), possess outstanding communication skills and enjoy regular client interaction at various locations. Travel is primarily limited to Chicago metropolitan area, with occasional overnight travel. Overnight travel will range from 5% to 10%.
