Selden Fox is pleased to announce the following promotions among its accountants. Matthew Dunn has been promoted to audit manager. Jessica Holzknecht has been promoted to senior auditor. Nicole Lovato and Tina Wischhover have been promoted to accounting solutions supervisor. James Wrona has been promoted to tax supervisor.
Dunn, who joined the firm in 2012, reviews all workpapers, financial statements, checklists, and other deliverables of the audit, coordinating with the client on final issuance of audit reports. He earned his master’s degree in accounting and his bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and economics from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He is a licensed certified public accountant.
Holzknecht joined the firm in 2018 and handle audit fieldwork for a variety of the firm’s clients. Holzknecht earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Augustana College.
Lovato assists clients on day-to-day processing support including general ledger maintenance, reconciling bank accounts, resolving account discrepancies, posting payroll, and other accounting services support. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior tax accountant in the fiduciary group at a Big 4 accounting firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and her master’s degree in financial fraud from Saint Xavier University.
Wischhover takes responsibility for general ledger maintenance, reconciling bank accounts, resolving account discrepancies, posting payroll, and other month-end entries, among other accounting services. Prior to joining Selden Fox, she was a senior tax accountant at a Big 4 accounting firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from St. Xavier University.
Wrona prepares tax returns for individuals, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, business owners, and closely held businesses. He also handles tax research relating to tax compliance and planning for both individual and corporate clients. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Illinois State University and joined the firm in 2015.
