Buffering, frozen screens and broken audio can be deal breakers.

#2 – Make sure you have the proper hardware.
A stable device and headphones are recommended.

#3 – Take the time to learn how to use the technology.
Get comfortable with what you will be using.

#4 – Create a professionally acceptable setting.
A neutral backdrop is a safe way to go.

#5 – Dress professionally, unless instructed otherwise.
