Dan joined Selden Fox in 2001 as manager of the firm’s human resources functions and activities. Prior to that time, he spent several years in the human resources department of a national non-profit organization after switching fields from the recruitment advertising industry. His areas of expertise and responsibility include staff recruitment, benefits administration, personnel scheduling and employee relations.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and a Master of Science in industrial relations from Loyola University Chicago. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
